Swaziland Realty Consultants is a real estate company that was established in 1998. We specialize in providing high quality consulting services.     2004- 2010: During the past five years the company was involved in executing a condition survey of over 3,000 buildings with one kilometer either side or the newly constructed road and carried out compensation valuations of buildings affected by the MR3 (Mbabane Bypass road) being constructed by WBHO. 2006: Minucipal Council of Mbabane – the preparation of the 2006/2007 General Valuation Roll involving over 10,000 properties. 2004: Manzini City Council – the preparation of the 2004/2005 General Valuation Roll involving nearly 6,000 properties. 2002: SwaziBank – Valuation of all the Bank over 1500 security assets all over Swaziland, such as landed properties, plant & machinery, sugarcane farms and chattels. 2000: Mbabane Municipal Council – the preparation of the 2000/2001 General Valuation Roll involving nearly 10,000 properties. 2003 – 2006: Project coordination Unit under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development – compensation valuations in the various locations such as Msunduza, Nkwalini, Mahwalala, Ngwane Park, Moneni etc, where the urban upgrading projects have been carried out. 2003 – 2008: Swaziland Electricity Board – involving compensation valuations on homesteads and farms affected by the MOTRACO 400Kv and the 132Kv integrated power line projects across Swaziland, and this is apart from the valuations involving smaller tasks which are ongoing. 2001: Manzini City Council – the preparation of the 2001/2002 Supplementary Roll.     Valuation of construction works completed on site at regular intervals control the cash flow for the financier, clients and contractor. This provides an accurate progress payment recommendation that will ensure finance draw downs are accurate for works completed. Claim assessments also ensure that the funds spent on the project at any given time do not exceed the value of the work completed.
